What does the company do well?
Clickfunnels makes it really easy to build full marketing funnels without any knowledge of coding. The drag and drop editor takes a little while to get used to, but once you are accustomed to it you can really fly around and build some amazing stuff quickly. Also, it integrates with just about any other tool or solution you can imagine. And the ones it doesn't natively integrate with almost always can be set up with a Zapier integration. The templates they provide are really good for starting out and also fully customizable. You can also add these pages to your wordpress site using their plugin. It's also easy to optimize your pages for mobile which is really important because everyone's customers are on their phones all the time.
What does the company not do well?
Page load times are bad because Clickfunnels uses a shared server. Also, their email marketing tool Actionetics is pretty clunky and not intuitive. And you have to pay an extra $200/month to use it. I strongly recommend purchasing the cheaper $97/month Clickfunnels option that doesn't include Actionetics instead of the $297/month option called the Etison Suite.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I'd known to use a different email marketing solution so I didn't sign up for the $297/month plan and instead just signed up for the $97/month plan. However, once I switched email providers it was easy to integrate the new on with Clickfunnels and downgrade my existing subscription.
