What does the company do well?
Paycom was able to help integrate their product to my company's needs as we were transferring to Paycom from ADP. This included time-off, payroll, and benefits to name a few. It was useful and worked for me when needing to change my tax withholding values immediately and did not have to go thru HR or a bunch of paperwork.
What does the company not do well?
When my company first transitioned, the mobile app was difficult to navigate and use. Subsequent app updates have eased the difficulties. The Paycom software did not work well in printing of tax documents as many coworkers/employees had questions about where to go and I had to forward an email instructing the location.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Since my company switched to Paycom mid-year all the employee information needed to be transferred from ADP in March to Paycom in April. It may have been easier to transition between December and January when all benefits, tax witholdings, etc. reset to $0 for the year.
