What does the company do well? This product is an excellent value and serves well as HRIS, payroll, and an ATS. I have endless options for the ATS aside such as job templates by department, knockout questions, and requisition templates. The employee side is also very user-friendly and makes it easy for employees to take training, enroll in benefits, clock in, or view pay stubs.
What does the company not do well? I struggled at first integrating my other recruiting sites such as ziprecruiter, but my representative was supportive and ultimately I was able to get the hang of it.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? There are some challenges in making templates for jobs, for example, you have so many options as far as job groupings and knock-out templates that it can be a bit overwhelming to make sure that all of your jobs are coded correctly and ask the correct questions without redundancy.
