What does the company do well?
They have amazing salespeople who make you believe you are going to get one of the highest quality solutions on the market.
What does the company not do well?
They simply cannot support the claims they make during the sales process. Their social publishing tool is glitchy, their approval process is cumbersome, and they are unresponsive to work tickets.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
That they have a long way to go before they can compete with even the most basic free options.
