What does the company do well?
Self service portal is very helpful for employees, access to tons of commonly needed info, including W2 information which even past employees have access to. Several other features that [can] be a major convenience.
What does the company not do well?
Web time is my biggest complaint with the software. After a certain amount of time of inactivity it will auto log you out, I expect this of any payroll software but it does not inform you with any notification of doing so and doesn't display you logged out until you make some type of action. This lead to a serious issue of employees thinking they're clocking in/out but are being logged out and missing time punches.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Largely the issue with auto logging out causing issues with time punches. It's not a huge issue but knowing before hand would have saved so much headache. Lot's of little features that are very helpful get overlooked as well so a better understanding of the less prominently displayed features available would have been nice.
