What does the company do well?
Copper is incredible as a CRM for many reasons. I've used so many CRM's before but have never been happy, until a friend recommended me to Copper! I signed up and David helped me from A-Z. I've never had such incredible customer onboarding support and people who really cared. That's honestly what sold me. Then, after utilizing it I also realized it actually is the most useful tool out there on the market. A HUGE plus is the integration with Gmail!
What does the company not do well?
There isn't anything that the company does not do well in my opinion. It would be nice if they integrated with Apple Mail though!
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I had known about them five years ago so I could have avoided all the headaches I had with other CRM tools and softwares that ended up just being a waste of money.
