What does the company do well? - Very intuitive and easy-to-use UI - The integration with G-Mail is seamless and makes tracking prospects less cumbersome - Ability to easily assign tasks helps me stay on top of my prospects - No issues with customer service - Copper for Gmail Add-on works very well. Love the email templates
What does the company not do well? - You should be able to sort the opportunities in the Pipeline View so the opportunities with open tasks get moved to the top. - Integration can be a little buggy. e.g. Sometimes opportunities are double entered automatically. E.g. If I create a new person, assign a new company, and add an opportunity for that company, 2 opportunities are created.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? - I'd wish I'd known about their pricing practices. e.g. if you cancel you do not receive a pro-rata refund.
