What does the company do well? I like Copper because of it's seamless integration with G-suite Products. From my Gmail, I can automatically add new leads and lead activity to the CRM. The Copper Chrome Extension side bar makes it easy for me to stay on top of my daily tasks. The platform is very user friendly and simple to customize to your specific business goals and needs.
What does the company not do well? The only thing that could use improvement is better instructions on reporting. You can make custom reports using Google Data Studio via Copper, but this is more complex than I had thought. There needs to be better directions on how to do this, or perhaps videos in the Copper resource center.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Compared to more advanced CRMs (like Salesforce), you are not able to set up certain rules. For example duplicate and matching rules for records.
