What does the company do well?
The price structure of paying based on how busy you are is pretty cool. Support is fabulous and easy to reach. The system is so easy to use that I only had to train agents for 1 hour and they knew how to do everything. It's easy to manage your transactions that are open at the both the agent level and brokerage level. It's easy to find transactions. They are constantly improving. Great resources to better-utilize the tool. The Commission management tool is INCREDIBLE! Reporting is pretty darn great, too. The settings are easy to understand so you get the right notifications. They also have "email templates" that were super helpful to use.
What does the company not do well?
If only they did digital signing... They link with DocuSign, but it's cumbersome and not immediate to get things to import. There is no app. You can use the website on your phone through your browser but anytime you click away to a different app it takes you back to home page. No integrations. I no longer use this service because of the lack of integrations and e-signing. But I miss this product!
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I understood that I could contact support so easily. They aren't just an email that you wonder if it ever gets read. They responded quickly and gave me great ideas and solutions. They were always friendly and helpful.
