What does the company do well?
Fantastic support: phone, email, Facebook community, YouTube videos & tutorials, regular trainings online, etc. Keeping everything in one place so it's easy to manage/sign paperwork, get it to all the right parties, and complete a file for the brokerage to review. The app is convenient. Integrations seem good, but I haven't had a chance to dive into that yet. Time-saving once you know how to use dotloop. Constantly improving.
What does the company not do well?
The messaging tool is confusing. Wish you could "email" from the app so you could keep a record of messages for compliance. Can't share docs with people on your team, which is super weird, especially when they need to sign. Having multiple accounts (admin vs agent account) is confusing. This takes a long time to learn how to use. It's hard to find loops, but I know they're working on changing it soon. The reporting feature is broken right now, but I know they're fixing it. There is no commission reporting or creating disbursement sheets.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
That the reporting and commission/disbursement functions don't exist. I was sold that they did.
