What does the company do well? Each and every interaction I have had with our assigned customer success manager or her proxies if she isn't available have been rapid and high quality. Customer support is exceptional at TriNet. The reporting options are plentiful and the user interface is excellent.
What does the company not do well? TriNet is pricey and the threshold to gain a volume discount is high. Also despite many attempts, I have not been able to successfully integrate with Quickbooks Online.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I stepped into this role therefore was not part of the vendor review nor have I had prior experience with full service PEOs.
