What does the company do well? I like how easy it is to set up and use. Other call systems you have to create an account and download a software. It's nice that this one is all web-based.
What does the company not do well? I dislike the quality of the calls. It is sometimes hazy and fuzzy. Although, I don't always blame that on the system. I understand that my internet connection is slow as well.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I wish that I had known how beneficial it would be for my organization, but also that it's only usable with a faster internet connection.
