What does the company do well? The company’s customer service is great - they listen to feedback and don’t gouge you with unnecessary business fees like every other bank.
What does the company not do well? While they do listen to feedback and are great on Facebook some of their product offerings like invoices are very basic and missing some key features. It’s nice but not ready for live time - I would even pay a small fee to have more customization and let it live on Azlo!
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Check limits on mobile deposit - the initial limit was very low but after my first check deposit they bumped up the limit so issue is no longer!
