What does the company do well?
The best part about Salesflare is its seamless integration with G-suite Products. From my Gmail, I can automatically add new leads and lead activity to the CRM. The Salesflare Chrome Extension sidebar makes it easy for me to stay on top of my daily tasks. The platform is very user-friendly and simple to customize to your specific business goals and needs.
What does the company not do well?
There is not much that I dislike about Salesflare. The only thing that could use improvement is: 1. Better user management with the ability to bulk transfer contacts, companies and opps 2. Inbuilt email templates within the email editor - for example, a dropdown of email templates
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
If you rely on G-Suite products and are considering a new CRM, definitely try Salesflare. It is super simple to use and the support team is great in helping us with any issues that we come across. Opportunities have never been easier to manage.
