What does the company do well?
They do offer a pretty decent way to collect payment either through API, and with their updated pre-made, and customized form creator it's a bit easier to embed the CC Capture.
What does the company not do well?
Their dashboard sucks, it's very limited, and in order to grab customers who have we have processed you are constantly forced to fill out the initial criteria of who you are searching for. It's good for specific transactions but difficult to just get higher level overviews, there should be some standard views you can 1-click to gather.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Sometimes frustrating to use the admin panel. They will make you jump through hoops to adjust the payout account on file, and they are strict with what they allow for businesses to process. They also will suddenly hold funds for a period of 180 days if it is deemed a "high risk" transaction.
