What does the company do well? Nothing. They have unethical business practices!
What does the company not do well? I tried to cancel my account for over 2 months. They kept ignoring my emails and trying to "schedule" calls with me to discuss this cancellation. The scheduled calls would never come on time so I would miss them if I was in an appointment. They continued to charge my credit card for the $79.99 for 3 extra months!!!. Now they are refusing to credit the charges back. They are very difficult to get in touch with - unless you want to sign up with them.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? That it would take 3 months and $240 to cancel my service.
