What does the company do well? The company is responsive and aware of the needs that an ATS should be addressing. We came to them without having an ATS of any kind and felt rather muddied by the process, hearing things from various companies that didn't quite make sense. BreezyHR made every step of the process - from purchase to implementation - clear and precise. They were with us every step of the way. Some ATS companies are bullish; Breezy wants you to succeed, they want you to use their program to the best of it's capabilities.
What does the company not do well? There are times the Indeed match-up doesn't send over candidates. I do not know why. But this was only recently discovered; I was able to reach out to our Breezy rep and it is being taken care of.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Nothing. It was easy to get on the call and learn about the company, as well as what would be needed to implement. If anything, I wish I'd known more about ATSs so that I didn't drown in the process in the beginning.
