What does the company do well? Their customer service is outstanding, you are provided an account manager who quickly resolves any issue you may have, through chat or video. They are also happy to take on any feedback for future development. The pricing is also very competitive, I've had many demos with other inventory management software companies who cannot offer anything as much as Orderhive, though charge more. The dashboard is easy to use, and employees can be trained on using it fairly easily, with our integration stores able to sync to Orderhive seamlessly, giving us immediate feedback on our stock quantities, orders to dispatch and PO's to raise. I would fully recommend Orderhive as a service to meet your business needs, the support is 24/7 and we can now easily maintain our stock levels, sales analysis and logistics all in one software!

What do you wish you had known about the company before using? When first setting up, be sure to sync your products from your shopping channels first, rather than input them manually, this will save you a lot of time and hassle as they are synced automatically.
