What does the company do well?
Very responsive to any support related inquiries.
What does the company not do well?
the platform itself worked pretty well. there were some annoying things, like having to set the font to arial with every individual email sent. despite the email font saying it's arial, if you don't do this it will send it in times new roman. consistency is key. the list capability was pretty erratic. despite sending out in the morning, it will often just have a mind of it's own and send things when it wanted. often late at night or in the wee hours of the morning, which made the email seem like spam or automated, which it is, but people want a more personal approach.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
there isn't really anything that I can think of. need to experience the software for yourself. nothing could have been told beforehand that would've improved the experience or expectations.
