What does the company do well?
I feel like Smarterqueue is still a bit of a best kept secret. I discovered them about 18 months ago, and have been a loyal user since. Most people I talk with still haven't heard of them, though. I actually reviewed 13 popular social media scheduling options before choosing them, and am glad I did. The two features I love most are the ability to re-queue previous posts (yes, they've figured out a way to do it and comply) and the customer service. Unfortunately, I feel like good customer service is hard to come by these days, but the folks over at Smarterqueue, including the founder, are always eager and happy to help.
What does the company not do well?
I'm actually very happy with them. They were a little later than some of the other more popular options in adding Instagram and Pinterest, but those choices are here now. I think videos are still a bit of a challenge, or maybe not yet an option, but as that's not a focus for me much yet, it hasn't been an issue.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I'd know how easy it was to create a custom plan. I held off asking for it because I assumed it would cost me an arm and a leg, but that wasn't true at all. I only needed a minor tweak to a current plan, and they were happy to oblige with a very small rate change. They've been great to work with, and it's so nice to have my social media posting automatically every day when I don't have the time to do it manually.
