What does the company do well?
Ninja Forms are easy to configure on the back-end and really attractive for users on the front end, which is rare in a contact plugin. Every possible configuration option is available through add-ons, but the core functionality works for the majority of websites. If you want to customise anything to be exactly as you want it, then it can be done. Overall, the software is really user-friendly and versatile.
What does the company not do well?
That's a difficult one, I've tried many alternatives, and Ninja Forms have worked best for me. I guess that perhaps I'd like to see some cheaper subscription packages, especially for long-term users like myself. (Not that Ninja Forms are uncompetitive, just that I like to be wowed!)
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I've created dozens of Wordpress websites and used to 'spread my bets' by using lots of different contact plugins. Originally, I wasn't that impressed by Ninja Forms and found them a little hard to configure. Now that most of the others have fallen by the wayside for me, I wish that I'd spent more time learning the Ninja Form system to save time and multiple learning curves.
