What does the software or service do well?
inDinero definitely organizes our company financials well. They make it easy for us to scale and explain very well how each decision affects the company bottom-line. We also enjoy the tax filing aspect of our agreement. Their customer support is NUMBER 1. When there is a question, response is almost immediate (within same day) and attention to detail is paid to your inquiry. They have done a great job of hiring support advocates who really care about their clients' experience.
What does the software or service not do well?
There is no easy way to categorize spend for a brand from day 1, so there is really not anything I can think of that inDinero doesn't do well. They are definitely ahead of their competitors. Wish there were fractional CFOs that we could lease out as we prep for our next round of funding.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
More background self-knowledge on the types of accounting styles: cash accounting, etc.
