What does the software or service do well?
Allows me to quickly and conveniently upload any type of document (pdf, doc, etc.) and request signatures from clients. I like the options to password protect the file or have a text sent to the client. You can also choose to not send the file, once signed, through email. This works well for confidential documents. Works well for clients on Macs, mobile devices and PCs.
What does the software or service not do well?
Seems to be an issue about 1% of the time with Mac users. Might be more of a PDF issue than a SignNow issue. Nevertheless, this is the best software for my client base (CPA firm). Would like to see a better interface with Outlook.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
All the options to password protect the file and the advanced options of choosing whether or not the signed document is sent via email.
