What does the software or service do well?
I like because it allows you to streamline the flow of communications through calls, being the same of excellent quality because it does not matter where in the world there is no interruption when speaking, the voice is heard clearly and at no time there is interruption or delay of part of the software, has a great personalization, also allows the user to choose from where to handle the implementation of the same having as option the cloud or the facilities of your company, their prices vary according to the number of employees who use it is easy to use and the best thing is that their support service is really attentive.
What does the software or service not do well?
In spite of being really useful, it is not a very perfect software because one of the things that can make it difficult to access it is that your plans can become quite high.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
It would be very nice if the annual cost rates could have a more accessible price, however at the business level it is worth implementing such software.
