What does the software or service do well?
I love everything about Slack, it does everything great It is a great form of communication within the team
What does the software or service not do well?
The live calls could be a little better, they drop frequently. Also on the mobile app when you see "likes" or emojis you cant view who made the like - I can only see that on the desktop when I hover over it. Searching for previous posts sometimes doesn't find it but only sometimes. When viewing threads on the right hand side of the screen it would be nice to be able to make the left or right panel bigger by dragging it - splitscreen kind of view
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
I would have liked to have know more about creating and joining groups.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
