What does the software or service do well? This software allows me to port in my existing phone numbers and dial/receive calls using a soft phone.
What does the software or service not do well? I think the reporting could be a bit more robust. Otherwise, it's a really good software solution.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? I wish I knew that the porting in of a hard line was going to be a manual process that needed to be coordinated with the Freshcaller customer service team.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare? We evaluated a whole bunch of other software solutions and we landed on Freshcaller due to it's integrations with other solutions we are currently using.
