What does the software or service do well?
I like the ease of use. I do not use all of the services but I know they are available if needed. We decided a year or two ago to try Payfocus based on a recommendation of a business we shared space with. Our costs with our previous payroll company were starting to soar. I was not happy with the interactions I had with them(previous payroll company) and was unable to get our representative on the line in a timely fashion when we had problems. We hope in the future we will be able to use other services of Payfocus as our company grows. We are still a very small organization.
What does the software or service not do well?
I have not experienced any problems that affect my company.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
I think I knew everything at the time we came onboard.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
Yes, but it was very expensive and customer service was spotty at that time.
