What does the software or service do well?
Great for tracking engagement and account management! I liked how Engagio aggregated all the data, and provides clear insight into lead engagement such as frequency and type. Building on my dislikes, the data can be difficult to sift through sometimes due to the overall volume. It can be quite intimidating to understand at first glance. Training is definitely recommended.
What does the software or service not do well?
The information can be a bit overwhelming at times, but once you are familiar yourself with the platform (training and stellar customer service), it becomes an amazing tool.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
That this type of software existed. My previous employers did not provide me with this type of software. It has greatly improved my management my accounts/contacts.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
I have not used a competitor providing this type of service in the past.
