What does the software or service do well?
Acts as a business line.
What does the software or service not do well?
Customer service is poor. They go to the extent of disrespect I think. Dismissive. Like you are inconveniencing then when you call with a problem. Service works most days. But when it doesn’t it’s very difficult to like line 2. For that reason alone I cannot stay with them. Service seems to be rapidly declining. (FYI: we’ve had 5 lines with Line 2 for several years)
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
Very poor customer service.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
I’ve used several competitors. Skype, Grasshopper, iPlum, magicJack... The appeal of line 2 has been ability to toggle between data only and cellular calls. That’s the only reason we stayed. IPlum does that now so... switching.
