What does the company do well?
Scheduling Instagram posts seems to be working properly, but setting it up is a little tedious. You need to provide your Instagram username & password, then they will verify the credentials you provided using an actual phone. This triggers Instagram to send you a suspicious login attempt warning.
What does the company not do well?
EEven though they have a non-refundable policy, they're more than happy to refund customers who accidentally overrun their trial. They do not over refunds! So if you're starting your 14 days trial just to test the product and forget to cancel it before the renewal date (like I did), they will charge your card. They will not offer you a refund even if you contact them a minute after the charge (like I did). They said that it is written in the terms of service that charges are non-refundable. I'm sure they're aware that no one reads the terms of service, so they're using this fact to earn a few more bucks.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish that when you start your free trial and enter your credit card details, there'd be a note in the checkout page mentioning the non-refundable policy. Providing links to the FAQ & terms of service is not that transparent.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
I've tried a bunch of social media management apps (Buffer, Publer, Viraltag etc). While they have their differences in functionality, they do offer refunds, at least pro-rated ones.
