What does Harvest do well? Harvest is incredibly user friendly and works phenomenally to track time within a team. The ability to see detailed reports of time in projects is game changing.
What does Harvest not do well? It can be complicated to set up the system to work well for your team and projects. Their customer service is top notch in helping set up the system for you though.
What do you wish you had known about Harvest before using? Although they have a plethora of guides online, I wish I had a list of things to really consider before setting it up such as internal cost rates, idea setups for projects, etc.
Have you used a competitor to Harvest? If so, how does it compare? Yes, I've used Toggl for our team and it works, but pales in comparison to the functionality and ease of Harvest.
