What does the software or service do well?
We can't tell you anything that it does well since we could never get it to work. We were told we would be charged by the call and then finally found out it wouldn't work with our Google Voice number, but then we were charged anyway. Even after we cancelled.
What does the software or service not do well?
Work with a Google Voice number.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
That the company would charge us for months for a service that we were not able to use. (Yes, our bookkeeping was behind so we did not notice the charge at first. But then we certainly wouldn't have imagined they would refuse to cancel - saying that we needed to log in to cancel even though we told them we had no access to log in.
