What does HubSpot CRM do well?
HubSpot CRM has offered the perfect quality to achieve great automation in the CRM system, since it has helped me control the communication I have with the various clients. I really like the fact that HubSpot CRM provides me with various ways to communicate with my clients, adding communication via e-mail, chat, video call, or audio calls. In addition, one of the factors that I like about HubSpot CRM is that it gets along very well with the other HubSpot services, making it more successful in managing job marketing.
What does HubSpot CRM not do well?
It is not at all pleasant that HubSpot CRM has problems generating automatic reports of successful communications with customers, I would really like to have reports that are generated with more order and more scope.
What do you wish you had known about HubSpot CRM before using?
HubSpot CRM has covered all my needs, by providing me with an extremely stable platform to help me control sales.
Have you used a competitor to HubSpot CRM? If so, how does it compare?
I had been using Zoho CRM for a while, however, HubSpot CRM has had a better reach and managed to provide a CRM capacity much better than the previous platform.
