What does Asana do well?
I really like this software because it is ideal for carrying out team projects and this is because it gives us the most appropriate tools to meet our needs, so it gives us a fully customizable website, it has a totally intuitive and easy control panel In addition, it allows you to assign tasks or subtasks to different people which alienates the work between the team and makes it much more comfortable since different files can be exchanged and even have a more general view of our important dates through its calendar.
What does Asana not do well?
What I don't like is that you usually receive too many emails from Asana, so it would be ideal if they were only received as long as something extremely important is notified.
What do you wish you had known about Asana before using?
I wish you could choose the necessary functions for each company so that some people do not get confused with so many functions, being able to feel overwhelmed by not knowing what all of them are for.
Have you used a competitor to Asana? If so, how does it compare?
Compared to other tools, asana provides a fairly comfortable, intuitive and easy to use interface, so navigating through it is simple, it also has very optimal features to carry out project management at both business and personal levels, because through its interface you can grant tasks to several people so that everyone collaborates and thus the workflow is growing in a positive way as well as productivity since projects can be completed on the delivery date previously paused and the best thing is It has an affordable price.
