What does IDrive do well?
I like it because it is a software that is easy to configure and is also able to automatically select the folders or documents so that they are backed up so that if for some reason the equipment fails we can recover our information quickly. The interface is very simple, so browsing through it is fast and easy to use. It is best that with a single account, different users can connect to it and share files and each of these files will be protected by this software.
What does IDrive not do well?
Sometimes the software tends to slow down perhaps because it is in the cloud and if you don't have a good internet network, it can happen.
What do you wish you had known about IDrive before using?
Having this software is really nice because it generates peace of mind knowing that each important file is always backed up so that in the event of a computer failure I only have to recover my information.
Have you used a competitor to IDrive? If so, how does it compare?
IDrive is an easy to use and configuration software, it has an intuitive interface and does not usually require a lot of resources from the equipment, it can be used for multiple computers because it allows users to access it through a single account. It is able to make an automated backup of everything that is shared whether images, folders and more.
