What does the software or service do well?
It doesn't do anything well so far as I can tell. It isn't a software, it isn't a web service, it is a time consuming on the phone drag through poorly equipped customer service staff.
What does the software or service not do well?
The experience was terrible, time consuming, they constantly made errors (some of which I had to pay extra to correct), their online updates were incorrect, I was daily told I needed to call them to update something only to be told by customer service that their system was wrong and shouldn't have sent the message ... seriously, what on earth!? It was a very bad decision to use Legal Zoom.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
That it is as time consuming to use as it is. That it is not an online business, that it's an over the phone business where you're working exclusively with customer service staff with no empowerment, and that they will make mistakes and if fees with the State are required to correct you have to pay for Legal Zooms clerical errors.
