What does Yesware do well?
Email automation, SFDC integration, and emailed tracking.
What does Yesware not do well?
Yesware has performed several updates to their solution since I've been a client and this has spawned some challenges. Buttons disappearing, functionality changing, etc.. In all fairness, they do send out notifications outlining future updates. I'm just really bad at paying attention to them before it's too late. But, to end on a high note, their customer service is second to none. When I run into these issues I can simply reach out to them via chat or email and get answers/resolutions within minutes.
What do you wish you had known about Yesware before using?
I wish I knew more about their tracking capabilities when vetting Yesware and their competitors. Since my mind was wrapped around SFDC integration and sequence campaigns, email tracking didn't hold much weight in my decision. Had I known how strong they were in this area, I would have eliminated the other vendors sooner and saved some time. Yesware's email tracking is a must-have for me and my Sales Team.
Have you used a competitor to Yesware? If so, how does it compare?
Yes, multiple. They do not compare. Yesware's functionality, client support, and pricing make them a no-brainer in comparison.
