What does Really Simple Systems do well?
The organization of the platform makes it easy to use and to understand. We have a team of older sales members and a lot of the CRM's are not as user friendly. The simplistic platform and easy to understand structure allows them to utilize it.
What does Really Simple Systems not do well?
Allowing to pull unique widgets into the dashboard and adjust the fields in each section - some drop downs can not be customized, which don't align with our business. Also, it does not allow me to stay logged in - I have to re-enter my credentials each time.
What do you wish you had known about Really Simple Systems before using?
I did quite a bit of research and did the free trial, so felt like I knew what I was signing up for.
Have you used a competitor to Really Simple Systems? If so, how does it compare?
Insightly - way less user friendly and the structure did not make sense.
