What does Really Simple Systems do well? The software is amazing. I am a small business owner and use the CRM 24/7 - it helps me stay organized and I can easily add files to each account.
What does Really Simple Systems not do well? Overall, I am very pleased with Really Simple Systems. I have had a few instances where I needed tech support and they answered within 24 hours. It would be nice to have an 800 support line though.
What do you wish you had known about Really Simple Systems before using? The software is very complete and they just rolled out a new interface which is pretty cool. I have not tried the email integration yet, but I am anxious to give it a try.
