What does TriNet do well? There are competitors in the market who have lower overall prices for similar work. The customer service is what these businesses hinge on. One of the things Trinet does that I like is the independence of the various service people. There is not just one account manager, but several who act as an extension of my company. The software gives many of the answers - and more now with their new report analytics - without needed to call the service people.
What does TriNet not do well? They just recently started working well in Chrome. For a few years the work was frustrating. Secondly, there are times when I send over a question that I need an answer to soon, and the auto responder says 2 business days, without an alternative for any urgency.
What do you wish you had known about TriNet before using? I wish I'd known how difficult it would be to access certain knowledge bases at Trinet.
Have you used a competitor to TriNet? If so, how does it compare? Smaller company has better touch, but higher cost.
