What does JustCall do well? --Simple to set up, especially for a VOIP --Allows you to have only 1 seat --Has basic integrations with almost all digital software --Interface is acceptable --Integrates directly with ActiveCampaign which is AWESOME --No desktop based connectivity issues like others. --Doesn't require a hard phone
What does JustCall not do well? --Text Messaging platform is clunky --Desktop notifications for incoming texts stinks --Desktop notification doesn't refresh on its own, so you are constantly having to do that. --iPhone app has some "issues" using BlueTooth to make calls. --iPhone app's connectivity in places where you have some wifi isn't the best.
What do you wish you had known about JustCall before using? Pricing for "advanced integrations" would have been nice to know upfront. The technical issues involving the iPhone app would have been nice to know up front.
Have you used a competitor to JustCall? If so, how does it compare? Yes, I've used pretty much all the VOIP product and this has the lowest and easiest barrier to entry, especially using ActiveCampaign as your main CRM.
