What does the software or service do well?
Upgrading to Nextiva VoIP has saved us over 20% on phone & service expenses in the last year. Not only that, but we actually have a far better service!
What does the software or service not do well?
We had put it off for a long time and the project got increasingly complex as time went on. Thankfully Nextiva were able to transition us over and made what we thought would be stressful, quite a straightforward launch.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
Nextiva are great to work with and we're very happy with the new services which launched last month. Before Nextiva, our coms and CRM software was very outdated and it was a big job to determine how to move forward and get our systems into the 21st Century. We were referred to Nextiva by our new CTO who had seen what the platform could do in his previous role at another company. Once we had seen the demo and discussed in depth it was evident that this platform had all the tools we Needed, was within our budget and was going to work for us even with all the changes we’re seeing in the industry.
