What does the software or service do well?
Incredibly easy to use. The app makes navigating seamless. I can track my calls, voicemails, and organize my client data in a simple way. My clients can always reach me, so I never lose business.
What does the software or service not do well?
I can’t really think of anything negative to say about the software. I had questions about the CRM when I first used it, but the customer service rep was really accommodating helped me out immediately.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
I wish I knew about Nextiva sooner. Our company had used Ring Central prior to Nextiva and had tons of difficulty with network reliability, dropped calls, and weak customer service. Nextiva’s CRM and Mobile app is way easier to use and integrate.
