What does the software or service do well?
The best part of this service, in my opinion, is the customer service. Having one account rep that assists us with everything is the best feature. All of their systems are very user friendly. When you bring a request to them regarding the system, they truly look into upgrading their system with the features.
What does the software or service not do well?
In my honest opinion, I have not found anything that the system doesn't do well. I know the company is working on upgrading the applicant tracking system. While the system is very nice, there are a few features that would be nice to have including the ability to send an offer letter electronically from the system. It would also be idea if you could carry the applicant directly into onboarding from the ATS portion.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
There hasn't been anything that I feel I wasn't aware of or wish I would have known. I believe the sales rep and implementation team were very transparent through the whole process and put everything out on the table.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
I have used two other competitors. ADP and Paychex. Paylocity is almost not comparable because of how much better of a system it is than the others.
