What does ScheduleOnce do well?
I have removed the communication barriers between me and my clients and potential clients, and it has helped me greatly to accelerate the marketing help I provide to small business owners and professional consultants. The best part, SO integrates directly with Google Calendar, which means that all we have to do to block unavailable time is to create an event from our Calendar, which is a great savings for those times that I have not logged in to OnceHub.
What does ScheduleOnce not do well?
The only thing I found confusing was the initial setup. Setting up an individual link was quite simple and provided many customization options, but it became complicated when setting up master links that involve the availability of more than one person's calendar. The good thing is that once you have them configured, it is good to move on, but the initial configuration took a while to realize.
What do you wish you had known about ScheduleOnce before using?
I would have liked to know that all additional features have to be paid, integration of Infusion soft, Zapier, etc. And you have to pay for them during the initial year, which is not very good, Also that the suggested dates can be set by us, our guests or both.
Have you used a competitor to ScheduleOnce? If so, how does it compare?
Previously I used Calendly, the characteristics of both are very similar, and an aspect that I immediately notice about ScheduleOnce vs. Calendly is that ScheduleOnce is incredibly free of clutter, I like more ScheduleOnce, since it easily synchronizes with other applications.
