What does Saba do well?
SABA is cloud based so its easy for an organization to integrate it, as part of that integration it's also very easy to add content. Again as it's cloud based it has virtually unlimited storage. It also allows you to add different types of learning content from PDF's to e-learning courses to videos. It's easy to use and a great LMS.
What does Saba not do well?
I can't say there is anything it doesn't do well. I consider this the best LMS in the market, my only recommendation here would be that you need to see if SABA works for your organzation as it's better suited for organizations that have 1,000 or more employees and even then you need to be cognizant of the cost and I think that's the biggest if only negative when it comes to SABA.
What do you wish you had known about Saba before using?
Our current LMS isn't fulfilling our needs and I wish I knew about SABA before we got stuck in the contract we have currently. The ease of use allows us to create training content without a training manager or an LMS admin.
Have you used a competitor to Saba? If so, how does it compare?
Our current LMS is TalentLMS and I don't think it fits our company need, you can't compare them because SABA offers way more features especially when it comes to reporting.
