What does do well?
Great booking site. Very useful platform to reserve/schedule people's times, I'm still toying with the embedding features to have this into my site and chatbot, but from what is offered this will become quintessential for my sales teams. Customers can select specific slots to meet with reps and add to their calendars with easy functionality. I use this for everything even just scheduling my personal items (kids sports, choir etc.)
What does not do well?
My only problems stem from customers not understanding how or where to edit or cancel a time. Which ironically has made it more time consuming on my end. (Not a fault of
What do you wish you had known about before using?
I just learned last week about the option to connect this to my website. As of now, my staff has only used this to help bolster their own schedules and give the managers a good insight into their numbers and free times.
Have you used a competitor to If so, how does it compare?
I've never used a service like this. The best alternative I can point to is by doing this manually through Office 365, google calendar or outlook. This just eliminates the tedious problem of linking calendars and just allows things to be more automated.
