What does Act! CRM do well?
What I like most about act! Crm is that it synchronizes all my contacts of my iPhone easily and automatically and sends reminders before 30 minutes of the appointment, its customer service is fantastic, what I have to do is call and voila .. my doubts are solved by the support technical
What does Act! CRM not do well?
Paragraph alignment is seen differently on devices such as PCs, tablets and mobiles. It is quite a bit, although this is a SQL Server-based application, it rarely allows you to perform maintenance tasks in the database and use the scheduled tasks available in the rdbms. Instead, you should use their integrated tools that are, at best, rude and with very little information about what they are really doing. In addition, the administration and security functions leave much more to be desired.
What do you wish you had known about Act! CRM before using?
Act! Crm has become a valuable database of information for our team, storing all types of customer and company information that we can use for various media. It is a valuable asset for us and will certainly continue to be so in the future.
