What does the software or service do well?
Email templates are one of the main features I was looking for in email automation software. Creating and using templates is quite easy & practical. It used to be complicated to attach images to templates, but it was fixed recently. Scheduling and tracking emails, as well as CRM integration, also works well. Statistics & reports are helpful.
What does the software or service not do well?
Scheduling emails would be even easier if it could be set in X hours, instead of defining time & date each time.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
I used a trial before purchasing, so everything was clear when I decided to go for it.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
I tried Boomerang, but Yesware is much better at handling templates.
