What does Sprout Social do well?
I love Sprout Social! It makes it easy to aggregate and answer social media mentions, posts, ad comments, and messages. The platform segmentation between Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin is absolutely essential for our growing team and growing service base. We are working on being responsive to all messages and posts as a company, think: Answer or respond to every tweet, every comment - and we could not do this without Sprout. The Sprout blogs are also interesting and informative.
What does Sprout Social not do well?
I think they do everything well - if there is downtime or an outage, the company communicates about it. If we are struggling with an issue the customer support team helps quickly. Every web-based software platform comes with some hiccups and Sprout moves on these hiccups in a positive way.
What do you wish you had known about Sprout Social before using?
The 'Reviews' feature is great, I am not sure if it is new or not. If it is not new, I wish I had known about it sooner. Overall no 'negatives' to know about or speak of.
Have you used a competitor to Sprout Social? If so, how does it compare?
We haven't used a competitor, Sprout meets all of our needs and expectations.
